CTCaer c86554e954 Cleanup for years unused code 
Compiler was also getting confused and actually not removing the unused functions.
So that also saves binary space.

CTCaer f5ec4a3a37 hekate/Nyx: remove Sept completely 
- remove any reference to sept and parsing of it
- completely refactor and simplify keygen
- use new Atmo tsec keygen for 7.0.0 and up
- simplify all info/tools that depend on hos keygen and bis keys

CTCaer d8995ee9c0 hekate: clean unused stuff 
Remove anything that will never be in TUI in the future.
Especially these that need modernization.
